For over fifteen years, I have studied and practiced with plant medicines, engaging in a deep relationship with their mysterious intelligence. Like journeys into wild landscapes, psychedelic journeys invite us back into belonging with the living Earth and the dreaming cosmos. Whether in the silence of the forest or the numinous realms of entheogenic medicine, these paths converge in remembrance. They guide us to reconnect, root, and re-imagine our place in the great journey of life.

Why This Guide Exists

The Earth Dream Guide is a companion for those called to journey earnestly with plant medicine. It offers reflections and practices for preparing mind, body, and spirit, and for integrating the wisdom that follows. This work has shaped my path of service and deepened my relationship with the medicine of the Earth.

Integration

The work of transformation begins in ceremony and is made whole through integration. This guide offers tools for weaving insights into daily life, so visions take root as embodied wisdom.

Safety and Risk Reduction

Just as we would not enter the wilderness unprepared, so too must we approach psychedelics with care. This guide emphasizes risk reduction: creating safe settings, understanding health considerations, discerning support, and planning for integration. Safety is the container that allows transformation to unfold with trust.
