Energetic Wellness
Integrative Energy Session
The integrative energy session is unique and is designed to be adaptable to each person. I am passionate about meeting each client exactly where they are and flowing from there. With a blend of intuitive guidance, energetic assessments, body reads, Reiki, muscle testing, and somatic awareness, each session unfolds in its own beautiful way. If a client comes in stressed and ‘activated,’ we may begin with movement and talking. On the opposite spectrum, if a client comes in feeling stuck and unsure of what is needed (only that something is needed), we may begin with energy work on the massage table. These integrative sessions are specifically designed to aid in shedding emotional/spiritual grit, crust, and grime. Managing symptoms through mindfulness and lifestyle are wonderful, but sometimes we need something deeper to help us reconnect with ourselves and open up energetic blockages.
This work tends to bring the body into a calmer state, and in that relaxed state, the body can achieve greater emotional balance, support physical healing, enhance awareness and intuition, release stored emotions, and foster a greater sense of well-being. No two sessions are alike because each person is in a continually unfolding pattern toward greater balance.

The integrative energy session is designed to be unique and adaptable to each person.
Generally we will begin with a short chat to check in and discuss your needs. Throughout the session we may be engaging in movement, sitting on the floor or in chairs, or on the massage table receiving energy healing. I will assess/read your body in real time and adapt with what is unfolding.
It is incredibly important to me that you leave in a grounded state. I will not open up an emotional channel or activate your nervous system without the proper grounding at the end. The goal is to leave relaxed and calm, not ‘split open’ and left to go about your day. Integration appointments are available upon request and are most helpful 1-3 days after a session. They are not necessary but can be helpful after a larger experience.
After the session you may feel tired, grounded, centered or energized. You may notice sensations or emotions coming to the surface for hours or days. Pay attention to them and take note of any insights that seem significant to you. Journaling and/or doodling can be very beneficial to gain clarity and integrate your experience. It’s good to spend some quiet time after your session to let these things come to the surface more readily. Make sure to drink plenty of water to hydrate your energy system and keep it moving at an optimum rate.

Women’s Nature Retreat
Stepping Stones on the Path of Embodiment
A 2-night, 3-day retreat at the beautiful Trinity Hot Springs resort in Featherville ID.
As women, we hold a lot in our bodies from our surrounding environment. The hustle and bustle of Culture makes it difficult to tune into ourselves, and the many demands upon our minds and bodies create confusion about what our ‘true path’ is.
Embodiment is a path to continually seek, it is not a place of full and permanent arrival. You may arrive, and yet still there will be times when you stray from the path and need to find your way back. We will be diving into ways we can return to the path and continue our journey. This journey is one of contentment, gratitude, compassion, and peace.
This retreat is for women who are wanting to reconnect and reawaken something that already exists in each one of us: our inner knowing. When we come back to ourselves and choose to listen, we can unlock our greatest potential for authentic living, and ultimately peace and happiness.

Arrival and check in
We’ll begin our first day settling in and getting acquainted. We will be staying in Guenther’s Chalet which is a creek-side cabin with an amazing deck and a short walk to the large hot springs pool. After exploring and settling in a little we will come together to begin weaving the container.
Embodiment Journey Begins
The threshold we’ll cross from arrival into the true nature of the event will be marked with storytelling. We will be exploring embodied women in myth, with ample time for reflection, discussion, and journaling.
Day two: Deep Dive
We begin with another story. To anchor the teachings from the story, there will be various embodiment activities throughout the day. Including art, guided somatic and meditative experiences, journaling, and connection. There will be plenty of time for the planned activities, as well as down-time for connection or solitude; whatever your body is asking for in the moment. This retreat is one of listening inward and giving yourself permission to attune to your needs and follow the guidance you receive.
Day 3: Closing and Integration
We will close with one last story of Embodied Woman in Myth, as well as an integration circle to help ground our experience. The goal is to return to ‘regular’ day-to-day life more empowered and grounded in your needs and awareness. The tools we will learn along the way will help us return to our path as we re-enter the outer-world of life and culture from the inner-world we have been quietly tending during the retreat.
