Community Embodiment

A weekly somatic practice,

Through breath, movement, and meditation.

Start Your Week in Embodied Community

This weekly gathering is an invitation to feel nourished, clear, and gently energized, grounded in your body and supported by shared presence.

Rather than pushing, fixing, or striving, this is a somatic practice that offers permission:
to listen inward,
to move honestly,
and to let your own healing intelligence lead.

You’ll be guided through three simple, intentional phases over the course of a 60 minute session:

Somatic Breathwork (15 minutes)
A grounded, accessible breath practice designed to clear mental residue, settle the nervous system, and awaken vitality. The emphasis is on choice, pacing, awareness, and meeting yourself exactly where you are.

Authentic Movement & Gentle Ecstatic Flow (15 minutes)
A guided arc of slow, intentional movement that gradually opens into freer expression. This is not about performance. It’s an invitation to move as you feel, allowing energy to flow beyond the habits of the mind.

Restorative Visualization & Meditation (15 minutes)
We close by settling into stillness through a guided meditation informed by multiple wisdom traditions. This final phase helps integrate the movement, restore balance, and leave you feeling clear, spacious, and resourced for the week ahead.

Throughout the hour, you’ll be held in a clear and supportive container with enough structure to feel safe, open enough to allow genuine exploration. There is no pressure to “get it right.” No expectation to share. No need to perform.

This is a practice of being alongside others while doing your own work. If you’re feeling isolated, this is a reminder that healing does not have to happen alone.

Facilitated by Danny O’Malley, a trauma-informed somatic practitioner and guide at Earth Dream, this weekly practice provides a reliable point of return to help you find restoration, balance, and community throughout your week.
